Why sleep at work

Sleep affects more of the workday than we realise.

Sleep shapes attention, energy, mood and decision-making. The session starts by helping employees recognise the everyday habits and patterns that may be getting in the way.

The late-afternoon coffee

Caffeine can stay in the body for hours. We unpack what timing means for sleep — without turning the session into a list of rules.

The bigger issue is often what the phone replaces: winding down, consistency and time actually spent asleep.

The Monday morning

Poor sleep does not stay in the bedroom. We explore how sleep can show up in energy, concentration and the way people experience their workday.

What happens in The Sleep Hour

One hour. Their sleep picture, practical science, and an experience they remember.

Employees take a simple sleep check

HR shares one link. Employees complete a short check and receive their individual results privately.

0–10 min

“Here’s how our team sleeps”

Group-level results create a relevant starting point for the conversation, without exposing individual responses.

10–25 min

Understand the basics

Sleep pressure, the body clock and the everyday factors that influence sleep — light, caffeine, timing and routines.

25–50 min

Forty Winks — the interactive game

Employees vote through familiar sleep decisions and see how different choices can affect the sleep system.

50–60 min

Questions, reflection, one practical change

Employees leave with practical takeaways they can try immediately. HR receives the agreed group-level summary.

What organisations get

More than a webinar.

A well-designed session should leave employees with something useful — and HR with a clear understanding of what was covered and what the organisation can do next. Here is what the group picture looked like for one recent session.

Questions HR may have

Before you book.

Do you need our employee list?

No. HR forwards one link. We never receive names, employee IDs or a roster — and we never store the email an employee uses to get their report.

How many people can join?

Thirty to several hundred. The game and polls run on phones via QR, so the room size doesn’t change the format.

Does IT need to install or approve anything?

Nothing. It runs on your existing Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex; everything else happens on attendees’ own phones.

Is this medical advice?

No. The Sleep Hour is education and screening. Anyone whose report shows a pattern worth checking is pointed to their own doctor — never to us or any supplier.

Who delivers and contracts the programme?

Morpheus Healthcare is the contracting and invoicing entity. The Sleep Hour is delivered as an educational workplace sleep programme. No products are sold or recommended during or after a session — anyone who would benefit from a follow-up is referred to their own doctor.

What do we receive afterwards?

The agreed group-level session summary and, where applicable, the session recording or follow-up materials. Programme formats can also include follow-up checks and outcome reporting.
